HOW TO ORDER

Not sure how to begin shopping at NaturesFlame.com? Worried about using your credit card online? Fear not. The experience is very similar to real-world shopping, except it's even easier and more convenient. Plus, you won't have to worry about long line-ups or parking. Curious about Shipping fees? I am currently offering these rates, when shipped within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally almost daily. For a shipping quote please email me with the items within your cart. I will send a quote with the correct shipping amount for your approval & payment prior to shipping. Just like a Brick and Mortar store, NaturesFlame.com provides you with a shopping cart. Once you've discovered an item you want, simply click  CART . From there, you can begin the basic ordering process. The item will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go in the store, and you can always remove the item later if you change your mind. I am happy to begin packaging your shopping cart items during the time it takes for payment when snail mailed. If you copy the shopping cart & email to me with a note it would be helpful. Once payment is received I will let you know by email. Orders ship within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise mentioned.

You can call us at (207) 754-2256. Credit Card payments must be made online, however I am glad to talk by telephone with you and prepare your order for delivery when payment is made. Call Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm however I am often in the shoppe before & after these hours, you are welcome to call anytime.

Hi Bethany,
I have been wanting some scented soap to put in a wood bowl.  I bid on and won some clove scented soap and it arrived yesterday.  I coughed all night!  Instead of the soft, subtle scent that your products carry, this smelled like a can of cloves!  I finally put it in a plastic bag....and the throat still feels awful today.  I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS!!!
Let me know the total I owe you for everything and I will pay right away.  I am watching other items, but that can be in my next round of purchases!!!

Yes my dear everything got here safe and sound. My hubby is here for a visit and I haven't had any time to get onto the PC. I'm so sorry....I will leave feedback ASAP........EVERYTHING IS GORGEOUS and so darn sweet. Just absolutely adorable.......hubby loves them too. We won't be melting these...they are WAAAAAAY to cute, so I will pack them in tissue for next year......LOL
